Khums on the profit from selling land previously purified of Khums
An owner wants to sell a plot from which Khums is taken out and use its money immediately, will the owner have to take the Khums out of the increase?

In the name of Allah, If the Khums year is not due, then the Khums is not required on the increase. However, The Khums of the increase is mandatory when the Khums year is due. If the plot land has a separate Khums year, the Khums of the increase is not required until the Khums year is due. Allah knows best.
