Islamic perspective on physical height and methods for increasing it
Is there any mention or guidance in Islam regarding height? Is there any prescribed solution or advice to increase one's height?
Allah (The Exalted) Has created us with height destined by His Mercy and Wisdom. If you are still in the growing age, you should pray to Allah (SWT) for suitable height, but if you have already passed the growing age, then you should accept whatever Allah Granted you and be sure that it is the best for you.
